Corona virus, SARS-CoV-2 are the names of the same virus. This virus causes a disease called COVID-19.

You should not leave the house without any important work nor let your family members go out.
Go to the doctor or hospital only when necessary.

If you go out, like to a bank, shop, post office or anywhere else, do not touch anything, table or chair there. Maintain a distance of one and a half to two meters from each other, do not go to crowded places.

Sunday’s public curfew proposed by the Prime Minister of India will be very beneficial in reducing the spread of this virus.

From a scientific point of view, a curfew of 14 hours
(and 10 hours before and 10 hours after, making a total of 34 hours)
can prove to be a break in the virus cycle.

If this deadly virus does not find new human bodies to enter within 34 hours, then many viruses present in the environment will be destroyed.
Our roads, markets, office doors, handles, railings, lifts etc. will automatically be sterilized.

Finally, all of you are requested to stay with this Janata Curfew campaign from the night of Saturday 21st March till the morning of Monday 23rd March and spread positive thoughts.

On other days, shop only for essential items like kitchen items, medicines etc.
Postpone the purchase of clothes, shoes, utensils or other non-essential items for a month.

Avoid cash transactions as much as possible. This virus can also spread from one hand to another through currency notes.

Do not eat outside food like chaat golgappa, tikki, pizza, momos, burger, kulfi, ice cream noodles i.e. any food prepared outside the home. Do not go to restaurants, dhabas and hotels.
Eat only fresh home-cooked food.

Do not take items brought from outside directly inside your kitchen or house. Leave the items outside in the verandah for a day, then bring them inside the house.

You do not need to use sanitizer again and again at home. Whenever you come home from outside, wash your hands, mouth and exposed body parts with soap. After that you can apply coconut oil on your hands to prevent dry skin.

Staying at home means staying at home. This does not mean that you should go to a park near your house or gather at a corner and discuss Corona.
Do not go to the house of any friend, girlfriend or relative. Maintain contact by phone.

One important thing to keep in mind is that anyone can be a carrier of Corona virus, whether he himself is sick or not.
It is possible that someone may have come in contact with a patient and may have contracted the infection. But that person has not yet shown symptoms of the disease.
Such a person can also spread the infection.

Do not shake hands with anyone, do not touch anyone’s feet, do not hug anyone, do not pat on the back, do not give blessings by placing your hand on the head.

Don’t be afraid of Corona. There is no guarantee of death from this disease. Many patients are recovering. The death rate is very low.

It can cause mild to severe infection and disease symptoms in normally healthy people.
But the disease can be more dangerous for children and older adults, especially those with lung conditions like asthma.
